Please register using the forms below.  You are encouraged to form full teams of four shooters, and if so use the team registration form.  If you register as an individual the event organizers will form teams of four from the individuals.  After you have registered your team, the Dad's Club will send a request for payment, either to the captain or to each individual for their share of the donation and additional items (such as outstanding membership dues).
